Gods little Acres farm

I had amazing time help at gods little Acre Farm. At the farm we picked  pumpkins and put the in little piles I thought that was kind of boring because basically we just moved the pumpkins from one place to another. The most part I liked about the vist was helping pick carrots and puting them in a big box. I found it interesting when the owner told us that the farm was run by volunteers and when he told us that it all goes to the food bank or people that can't buy groceries. 

Grade 8 retreat

I think the grade 8 retreat went really well. The grade 8 were engertic and well behaved. The one thing that went really well was the mind field game. I think for next year there should be rotations instead of one group staying with you for 1 hour and 20 mins. I also think there was lack of organization in the leadership role. Leading the actives was really fun and exciting. Our first group was well behaved because they listened to our instuructions but our second group wasn't well behaved because they didn't listen to us at all and the boys were just talking to each other. Overall I think the grade 8 retreat wasn't a bad experience. 

Midterm report

The leadership I value in the class is positive attuide,creativity,respect,and equality.

In leadership class I enjoy teamwork,working for the community and the trip we made to little gods acre farm.

 I would like to change nothing in this course because I like it how it is.

I think for my work habit I would give it an S because i get distracted and get carried away in conversations easily. For my percentage I would give it a 80%.
